The Kelly-Creswell WV6-AL is a self contained painting system designed to perform in-street legend
marking and curb painting.
Equipped with a hydraulic powered airless paint system.
Self rewinding hose reels and tip bath increase work efficiency.
Capacity to carry a full days of material on board including paint, reflective
beads, stencils and safety cones.
Standard unit comes equipped with one paint pump, optional additional pumps
offer multiple colors without cleanout.
Stencil rack is standard. Available in 36", 48" or 60" high configurations for
quick easy handling and storage of stencils.
Optional reflective glass bead system makes bead application uniform, fast and
efficient.

APPLICATIONS
The WV-6 series stencil body is a productive self contained truck mounted unit to quickly and efficiently
apply in street legend markings. The unit is equipped with a stencil holding rack to quickly deploy the
stencil to the pavement surface and a high pressure airless paint delivery system for quick application of
paint.
KEY SELLING POINTS
Capacity to carry a full day of material on board including paint, reflective beads,
stencils and safety cones.
Airless Paint System: WV6-AL is equipped with high pressure, hydraulic
powered, reciprocating airless paint pump(s) available in two sizes 1.25 & 2.0 GPM.
Paint Storage: Standard unit draws paint directly from 5 gallon pails, zero pressure
paint vats and 55 gallon drum holders available as options.
Custom Manufactured to meet your specification including stencil rack size & number of
slots, single or multi color systems and many makes of chassis including; Dodge, Ford, General Motors, Hino,
Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Sprinter, and UD.
Power Options: The WV6 can be powered by the chassis PTO, belt driven from chassis
engine or with a self contained gasoline or diesel engine.
Options: The WV6 can be equipped with options for sign maintenance, temporary road
striping, graffiti removal and more.
Stencil Rack: The WV6 is available in a removable palletized configuration
for quick installation on a flat bed truck allowing the chassis to be used for other vocations.
Palletized Configuration: available in 36”, 48” or 60” high configurations for quick
easy handling and storage of stencils.
